At the core of Coviello Builders Inc. is the unwavering dedication of Steve and Michele Coviello. Their commitment to quality craftsmanship is matched only by their deep roots in the Delaware community.

Steve brings more than just construction expertise. For 11 years, he volunteered as a coach with Piedmont, Midway, and Talleyville Girls Softball, supporting his daughter through each team. He remains an active parishioner at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, where Coviello Builders proudly renovated the altar as a gift to the congregation. A passionate car collector, Steve also enjoys attending car shows throughout Delaware and in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

The Coviellos’ community support extends to organizations like The Sunday Breakfast Mission, and their exceptional service has been recognized by clients and institutions alike, including a deeply meaningful project at A.I. Dupont Children’s Hospital.

Michele brings her own expertise as a licensed Realtor in Delaware for over 12 years, backed by 30 years of public service in higher education. She specializes in new construction and remodels, guiding clients through every step of the process from land acquisition to design and final build. Her commitment to advocacy ensures each client’s vision is brought to life with care and precision.
